The Apprenticeship Traineeship Information System (ATIS) automates many of the processes related to contracts of training and user choice arrangements.
ATIS features
Online access to view contracts of training
Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) and Australian Apprenticeship Centres (AACs) now have the ability to view, print and export details of all registered South Australian contracts of training associated with their organisation that are currently in the Traineeship and Apprenticeship Services database (VENUS). This data will be refreshed on a nightly basis.
AACs access to view any contract of training
AACs now have the ability to view details of South Australian contracts of training for which they have signed client approval.
User choice funding agreement application
RTOs can complete and submit their user choice funding agreement application online.
Scope of registration
RTOs can view their scope of registration and qualifications that are approved for user choice funding online.
User choice claims
RTOs who have a current user choice funding agreement will have the ability to make online claims for on-job and off-job delivery.
User choice acquittal
RTOs will be able to complete and submit their user choice acquittal report online.
Login application
Each user must complete the ATIS login application form and agree to the ATIS user agreement.
