The Apprenticeship and Traineeship onLine Application System (ATLAS) allows you to manage your apprenticeship or traineeship Training Contracts online.
Introduction to ATLAS
ATLAS is an online portal which provides you with access to your apprenticeship or traineeship training contract details. It enables you to update your information and to submit or respond to applications to change your training contract(s).
If you submit an application to change a training contract via ATLAS, each of the other parties to the training contract (e.g. the employer, apprentice or trainee) will receive a notification to ask them to login and respond to your application.
Access ATLAS at atlas.skills.sa.gov.au on any computer or mobile device.
Requesting access to ATLAS
If you are an apprentice, trainee, parent, guardian or employer, you can request access to the ATLAS Portal using this form.
If you are a representative of a Registered Training Organisation or Apprenticeship Network Provider, you can request access using the form attached below.
If you already have an account but cannot remember your password, you can request a reset of your password using this form.
Access using Mobile
You can access a simplified version of ATLAS on your mobile phone or tablet. This enables you to easily respond to applications to change your training contract.
If another party to your training contract, such as your employer, submits an application to change your training contract, you will receive an SMS which will ask you to login to ATLAS to respond.
Simply load atlas.skills.sa.gov.au on your mobile device to access ATLAS.
If you want to submit an application yourself, you will need to access ATLAS on a computer or laptop.

The full version of ATLAS is available when you access atlas.skills.sa.gov.au on a desktop computer or laptop. This allows you to submit and respond to applications to vary your training contract(s) or employer registration, and to update your details online.
If another party to your training contract, such as your employer, submits an application to change your training contract, you will receive an SMS which will ask you to login to ATLAS to respond.
