Information about the WorkReady contracting model for training and service providers.
A Head Agreement allows providers to apply to deliver subsidised activities through WorkReady.
Providers can apply to deliver:
If a provider is applying to deliver both accredited and non-accredited activities, they will require both agreements.

Once you have been issued a Head Agreement, you can then apply for an Accredited Training Service Agreement (ATSA) and/or an Employment Projects Service Agreement (EPSA) depending on the activites you wish to deliver.
An ATSA allows providers to deliver accredited subsidised training through WorkReady.
An ATSA is required to deliver:
Providers will receive a schedule for each approved project.

An EPSA allows providers to deliver non-accredited subsidised activities through WorkReady.

Providers will receive an annexure for each approved project.
