Subsidised activities under the Accredited Training Service Agreement
WorkReady Qualifications - Quotas
Qualification Quotas are an annual submission-based approach to purchase a limited number of accredited qualifications through a specific training provider allocation, giving greater management of the flow of courses and stability in the market.
See the online form to apply for WorkReady Qualification Quotas.
WorkReady Qualifications - Projects
Qualification Projects are a rolling submission-based approach used to purchase:
- Top down courses – a limited number of qualifications that the State Government will target to specific cohorts, to achieve transitions to a higher level qualification or employment
- Bottom up courses – a qualification in response to an identified employer commitment to jobs or qualification/nationally recognised skill set to support upskilling existing workers, in partnership with employers. Bottom up courses do not necessarily need to be listed on the Subsidised Training List (STL).

Jobs First Employment Projects
Jobs First Employment Projects are tailored initiatives that connect jobseekers with employment opportunities. Through the program, eligible training providers can apply to deliver non-accredited and accredited training, and support services such as case management and structured mentoring, to help participants overcome barriers to employment.
Accredited training is delivered under the Accredited Training Service Agreement with non-accredited training delivered under the Employment Projects Service Agreement. If you’re applying to deliver non-accredited training through a Jobs First Employment Project, see the Employment Projects Service Agreement.
