What is the agreement?
The WorkReady Head Agreement is a contractual arrangement that contains the terms and conditions by which the Minister appoints an organisation as a WorkReady service provider.
Read the Indicative WorkReady Head Agreement to understand the terms and conditions.
Bidding for subsidised activities
An organisation must have a Head Agreement to bid for subsidised activities through WorkReady. If successful, a service agreement will be entered into under the Head Agreement, specific to the subsidised activity.
The Minister may publish an invitation to apply for subsidised activities or request a WorkReady service provider deliver subsidised activities, such as Jobs First Employment Projects.
The execution of a Head Agreement does not provide the service provider with any guarantee that a service agreement will be executed between the parties.
